Hope in the Lord
I am being stretched to trust truly and hope in the Lord. On my journey of transformation, I am being led to step out in faith, and in doing so, I see that God truly is managing my steps. I have fasted for the first time, and God has really opened my eyes. I tried fasting before and have thought, "I don't truly need to fast, I can read my Bible and listen to what God has to say." But in this honest fast, I have been shown purpose. In building this business, I have not been able to give it my full attention, and I know God has so much more in store for us and this ministry. I work a full-time job, I'm a full-time mom (which I am so, so thankful for), and I attend school full-time. The Lord has blessed my plate, and now I get to step out in faith and put this ministry first, releasing my full-time job. I am so excited and cannot wait to see what the Lord has planned.
Palm 37 says, "Take hope in the Lord, for He will save those who take refuge in Him. Commit your ways to the Lord, and He will make your paths straight. He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn, and your vindication will shine like the noonday sun."
As I share this, my hope is that you are also taking hope in the Lord. He is a good, good father, and He will never forsake you. Do not let the enemy sow fear and unworthiness into your heart and mind. You are a child of the One True King! Doing things that seem crazy or out of the ordinary (not being conformed by the patterns of this world, Romans 12:2) because you know that is where God is leading you will bring words of unsteadiness from others. But do not listen to them. Trust in the Lord, place your hope in Him, and He will deliver you from the wicked. Your salvation comes from God; He is your stronghold in times of trouble.
As we embark on this journey of transformation, I pray that God will grow us and shape us in extraordinary ways! He will and is capable if we let Him. God bless you!
Jesus loves you!
